Worship

Holy Communion is offered every Sunday morning at 9:30 a.m. All baptized Christians are welcome at the communion table. Worship at Grace is liturgically based, using a variety of worship resources that emphasize our multicultural heritage. Our two primary worship books are Evangelical Lutheran Worship, which is the recently-published official worship resource for all congregations of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA), and This Far by Faith, an ELCA resource that contains the rich heritage of African-American hymnody. On the first Sunday of every month, worship at Grace includes prayers for healing. All people who have need of spiritual, emotional, or physical healing are welcome to come forward for prayers and anointing with oil.
